At NextHome Realty Solutions BCS, it is not about the units sold... it is about the people we help. We have helped people with their life savings and investments, moved the elderly into nursing homes, and helped dreamers buy the first home their family has ever known. We have helped people begin to build generational wealth that has been unobtainable in the past. We have helped people through divorces, marriages, adoptions, and deaths, We have walked side by side navigating credit repair from the first contact online, to tears at the closing table - sometimes years later! We are in it for the long haul and it is an honor to do what we do. Our client appreciation events feel more like family reunions - because we don't do business in units - we build relationships through business. It's what we do, it's who we are.
NextHome Realty Solutions BCS recognizes the importance of giving back to our community. Each year we hold a food drive for the Brazos Valley Foodbank. In 2022 we raised $1,050 and a grand total of 793 pounds - that's 661 meals provided to Brazos Valley neighbors in need!
NextHome Realty Solutions BCS understands the importance of diversity, and the significant role it plays in our day to day lives. Thanks to a training provided by our NextHome corporate office, in 2022, several Homies in our office received their At Home with Diversity Training® certification. This certification gives our REALTORS® diversity sensitivity training, how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws in their business, and ways to navigate the increasingly multicultural real estate market. After it was time to sell and move to something bigger, she was the only person we called for help. She sent us everything we needed to help determine a price, got the house listed in quick time, and some amazing photos for the listing. After listing on a Thursday, an open house on a Sunday, and one other viewing, we were under contract in 7 days and fully closed within 30 days of listing for everything we could have asked for!
